Same Platform. Different Room.

A vaccine fridge, a walk-in freezer and a UPS room are not the same monitoring problem. What is being measured, where the probe goes, who needs to be woken up and what the record has to prove all change. These pages set out how TempGuard is actually deployed in each.

Pharmacies, clinics & hospitals

Vaccine fridges, dispensary chillers and ward medication stores. Stock that is worth more than the fridge it sits in, and a record your licensing inspector will ask to see.

Food & beverage

Walk-in chillers, prep lines and back-of-house freezers. Cold and hot holding evidence across every unit, with the out-of-range periods separated out rather than buried in a log.

Cold storage

Multi-zone warehouses, medical stores, blast chillers and holding rooms. Zone-by-zone history rather than one sensor by the door, for food and pharmaceutical stock alike.

Logistics & supply chain

Reefer containers, staging bays and last-mile delivery boxes. Per-leg evidence, so a consignment that arrived intact can be shown to have been intact throughout.

Research & laboratories

Sample and reagent storage, incubators and controlled rooms. Storage integrity for the whole window, and alerts fast enough to move material before it is lost.

Server rooms & data centres

Rack inlet temperatures, UPS rooms and equipment cupboards. Cellular alerting that keeps working when the facility network and its power do not.

What does not change

The room changes. The evidence does not.

Whatever the sector, the device is a standalone unit with a wired probe and a built-in SIM, so it reports over its own cellular connection rather than depending on the site network. Alerts dispatch on all four channels at once, by phone call, WhatsApp, email and mobile push. An alert nobody acknowledges within 60 minutes escalates, and a device that stops reporting is flagged after 24 hours instead of leaving a silent gap.

Readings cannot be edited or deleted once stored, by any account, including ours. Everything exports as CSV and PDF for whatever date range you are asked about.

The sensor operates from -55 °C to +125 °C, with accuracy of ±0.5 °C between -10 °C and +85 °C. If your application needs a tighter margin at deep-freeze temperatures, tell us the range and the tolerance you have to hold and we will scope the right sensor for it.
